⦁ Non-functioning controls
⦁ Second-hand phones come with a 6-month warranty.
⦁ Tablets are covered by a 6-month warranty.
⦁ Brand new phones include a 1-year warranty.
Screen Repairs:
Our warranty covers screen repairs; however, it does not include any damages caused by accidents,
water, or pressure.
⦁ Genuine screens are covered by a 1-year warranty.
⦁ Standard “Copy” screens have a 3-month warranty.
Upon completion of our repair service, please check your device in-store. Retain your receipt as proof
of purchase/service to validate the warranty and facilitate refunds if necessary. A picture of your
receipt will also be accepted as proof.
Retention Duration:
Please be aware that you have 28 working days to collect and pay for your device after the repair.
During this time, we will try to contact you using the information we have on file. Failure to retrieve and
pay for your device within this period will result in its disposal.
Returns:
For a full refund, item must be unused and in its original packaging. If you change your mind after
leaving the store, you may only return the device if there is a fault. In such cases, we will either replace
or repair the device, or you can exchange it for a device of equal value to your original purchase.
Selling Your Device:
If you wish to sell us a device, we ensure you are over 18 years of age and ask to provide identification,
such as a driver’s license or passport, which will be copied and filed.
Complaints:

within 3-5 working days.
Behaviour :
We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy against verbal or physical abuse directed towards our staff.
Any intolerable behavior will be reported to the police, and CCTV footage will be provided as evidence.
